Qoqtruq, the last settlement of Afghanistan. It's a truly remote place, weeks away from civilization. Other Kyrgyz villages pointed us here and called this place "Sultan"; we found out that Sultan was actually the name of the Leader of the village, that was sometimes referred as the current leader of the Kyrgyz, despite not being a "Khan". A severe man at first sight, after a couple of days in Qoqtruq revealed to us to be a very nice person and even hosted us in his yurts for a while.
